8.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time (effective for the next billing period)
• Refund available for AI credits within the first 14 days with usage below 500 credits
• Unconditional refund guarantee within the first 30 days for annual subscriptions
• Automatic credit refund for service interruptions due to technical issues

8.3 User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the platform only for legal purposes
• You are obligated not to produce spam, malicious content, or misleading information
• You are responsible for ensuring content sent to AI services does not contain personal data
• You are obligated to protect your account security and keep your password confidential
